transfercase swap
I have a 95 ZJ with the 5.2l in and I hate my transfercase. It is strictly off road only and the only tranfercase swaps I can find are how to swap in a 242 off an XJ. Now I;m still kinda new at upgrades and such on my ZJ since I have been focusing more on my MJ projects.
Now to my question...has anyone ever tried to swap in a np231HD transfercase out of a durango and into a ZJ?
Now to me it would make perfect sense; same 5.2 engine, same internals in tranny, why not a direct bolt on swap?
I know I have to be overlooking something because this just seems to easy.
