Hey guys anyone know a Good mechanic or reputable Shop in the Kansas city area i can take my zj too, to swap out my 249 to a 242.

Easy enough to do urself, as long as u got the right year tcase

 

The 242 I'm looking at... what year/model should it be from? Should I have them check the build date on the 242? I want to purchase it. But don't want to make the mistake of buying wrong 242 and being stuck with it.

 

And by the way I Have a 1994 jeep Grand Cherokee 5.2v8 249
