Hi guys my first post here I have a problem. Ive read a bunch and researched here for a while.

I have an 01 Grand cherokee ltd with 4.7 AWD 125k miles

Turning wheel to make a U turn ive got a Ive got a pop every half second till I straighten out wheel a little. Then when going over 50 mph slowing down when it hits 50 i get single same pop sometimes 2 or 3.

Its coming from under car I am pretty sure transfer case unless someone knows different. Any leads on where to get a good decent one on a broke mans budget.


I am second owner love this damn Jeep I dont think I will ever sell.

 

could be a front axle shaft, or u joint
