Trans swap question

Trans swap question
I have a 91 Cherokee with a dead 4.0 and auto trans and am looking at a 98 grand Cherokee with a 4.0 that needs an auto trans. Will the tranny from the 91 fit the 98? If so would I need to get any extra parts. Plan to have the work done by a shop, but just swapping the transmissions would be alot cheaper than a rebuild. Any help on this issue would be awesome

since the grand is obd2, im sure the trans is connected to all that as well
also, having a shop do this for you would cost you a fortune
