Default trans issue

Ok did a tranny swap this weekend and I have no neutral?
Goes from rev to drive.
Is it just an adjustment issue?

Do you have an extra "drive" position? Sounds hard to believe it could be an adjusment issue since neutral is between drive and rev. What does it do in park, does the engine rev up like its in neutral or does the T/C go to stall speed?
