Default tranny issues please help

Today i was driving and i steped on the gas to go quicker and i found that the vehicle did speed up but it also felt like i was also pushing the brake abit. the other day also when i take off from a light it shifts into second but its like its sticking and not really down shifting or if it is its taking some time. its hard to explain but it kind of feels like your driving with the park brake on a bit. ANY IDEAS. it just doesnt feel right its like the tranny is dragging.

If you're talking about the '03 WJ your TCM may need to be re-flashed. Our '04 has needed that done 2 or 3 times since we bought it new.
Look over these TSB's for the WJ transmission. http://www.wjjeeps.com/tsb.htm#TRANSMISSION
