Decided to remove my extremely rusty trailer hitch from my '95 Orvis. Removed two bolts, and the nuts on the other side of the remaining four bolts broke off from the (supposed) weld that was holding them in and now spin freely. I thought the nuts on the other end were right under the cargo area carpet, but I was wrong. I can't find out where the nuts on the other side are so I can access them?? How can I access and remove these bolts??
