I have a 2004 GC...would 255-75-17 (tel:225-75-17) fit without rubbing...

Offhand, I'd say no. My 245/70R16s on my 2000 are 29.5" in diameter and just about fill the wheelwell. The one time they scrubbed was coming down a steep driveway into the street at full lock. Your tires are 10" wide and 32" tall. I think you'd need a 2" lift and wheels with less backspacing or spacers. JMHO
