Time to change Ignition Coils

Time to change Ignition Coils
2004 WJ HO w/172K. The Ignition Coils appear to be original. Gonna change them. Is there a particular brand that will suit this engine more than another? I can pay any where from $87 for all 8 up to $300+ for all 8. That much difference? Also . . . should I expect better gas mileage by making this change?
