Default Thoughts on Car Quest Filters etc...

Hey Troops!
What are People's thoughts on the quality of the current CarQuest tranny filter kits?
Need to R & R the pan gasket on Our 2004 WJ ( 4.0) and picked-up the Car Quest filter kit for the 42RE .
The part # is 96033 and it says: Made in Taiwan and below that; PRO-KING MFG .
Came with appears to be 2 rubber-type gaskets but I went ahead and bought a FelPro cork-type gasket as well JIC the Mechanic prefers that.
6 quarts of Mopar ATF+4 was only $40 on Amazon.
It is shifting just fine with 68500 on the milemeter but since the trans pan gasket needs R & R thought We would do the filter etc.
Thanks for Your thoughts!!

My thought is any new filter might be better than a dirty filter
