Default Suggested Upgrades - For membership review & consideration

Well worth performing following in my humble Viewpoint:
Jeep ZJ Limited 1993 with 235K Miles all on original parts
With Exception of Battery, Water Pump, Alternator, Tires
-Optional but highly recommended
Removing the Differential from Vehicle
1. Removal of Front Diff provided great Working space / Ease of completion of below Repairs:
2. Replace leaking Oil Pan Gasket & Rear Main Seal
2A. OPTIONAL: While have Oil Pan removed suggest installing HIGH Volume Standard Pressure OIL Pump ( Melling )
Great investment plus fixed the Upper Engine rattles known on the 5.2L engine
3. Remove Worn out TWO front Engine Mounts Replace with New
3A. Remove Worn out Transmission Mount Replace with New
-Smooth running Engine with tremendous reduction of Vibration into Cab
-In my particular case existing Engine Mounts Qty 2 as well as Transmission BIG time defective / rubber mounts broken
4. Remove all Front Control Arms
-Being sure to MARK Each location came from
-Propane heat the Ends and knock out Black Factory Bushings
-Suggest upgrading bushings, purchase KIT of parts
5. Media Blast Ends of Control arms to bare metal, prime & Paint
6. Install NEW bushing along with PROPER grease for all control arms
7. Another Great opportunity while have front Diff removed
-Replace stock Exhaust with Headers of choice or keep factory
-BUT definitely replace Exhaust Gaskets with a GREAT Product REMFLEX, I also purchased Stage8 Locking Exhaust Bolts
8. If desire great opportunity to also add minor height
-Front Spring Isolators
-Added 3/4" Daystar lift to Front & Rear = Wife's Second Vehicle
9. Replace the Bump Stops
-Custom Cut to Fit your Application
10. Install Front Diff with a Helper
11. Repeat Process to REAR Diff
11A. Check U-Joints & replace as required
-Replaced all U-Joints, rebuilt Double Cardan Front Drive Shaft due to mileage
-Replaced all U-Joints on Rear Drive shaft again due to Mileage
-Easy Fix Google search watch couple YouTube Videos on procedure
-Or Search on this Forum for Step by Step procedures
11B. Check both Front Wheel HUB Assemblies
-Test same with Vehicle on jacks determine any rocking movement
Top to bottom with hands
-Driver side was defective
-Decided to purchase Hub assembly & decided to do both Front Wheels
-Simple fix after removal of Wheel, Calipers, unbolt Hub & puller to remove
-Install New
11C. Check front brakes at this point
-Suggest consideration given to EBC Rotors & Pads ( Upgrade from Factory )
12. Fill Front & Rear Diff with SYNTHETIC Fluid of Choice
13. Pull Rear Drum - Replace Emergency Pads
14. Perform Transmission Total Fluid change - If Needed
15. Perform Transfer Case Total fluid Drain - If Needed
16. Engine Oil & Filter - If Needed
17. Replace / Repair Door Hinge Pins - As needed
-Both Front Doors needed replaced
-Adjust frame latch for nice solid door close sound
18. Replace ALL Front Yellowed Lights
-NEW 6 Piece kit from http://www.1aauto.com/

Sounds to me way too much work to do on a 93. Is this a classic?

And here I thought I was the one that talks too much! LOL

Sounds like he's restoring his ZJ while his son watches/learns. Not a bad family project.
