When I drive around town it seems fine. But after about 15-20 min of it offroad in 4lo it starts studs wring not the engine but the fan is jumping up and down and I can feel it in the whole jeep. Feels like the tires are out of balance and I'm doing 60 but I'm doing around 5mph-10 then I put it in 4hi (247 tcase- quadratec 2 drive) and it dose the studering until I get on pavement and go about 30mph. No idea why or what it is?

I'm getting really sick of it and thinking its the transfer case. So thinking of swapping t-cases out for a 242 or something better any suggestions?
