Steering Pull to Right cause found

Engine: 4.0, new lifters valve job with new springs and exhaust valves, preload set with shims
Progressively worse steering pull to the right over a couple months got worse after ball joints on one side. Checked and rechecked. Last night I switched the front tires, put the right one on the left side, left one on the right side.... and then I had a pull to the left. Problem solved.

Hmmm. Are they directional tires?
Did you try putting air in the tire that pulls?

I think we used to call it separated belt. Its when your buddy sells you 4 goodyear 235 75 15's and you try to get the full 60,000 miles out of them.
