Check the ignition cylinder at the ignition switch, sometimes a part of the ignition cylinder will break off and not turn the ignition switch far enough for the starting circuit to make contact.

Sounds like you are not getting voltage to the solenoid terminal on the starter. The problem could be a bad starter relay, ignition switch or the park/neutral switch if it is an automatic. It could also be a wiring problem.
If it is an automatic try moving the gear selector thru all the gears and then try starting in park or neutral. Try this a couple of times.
Look for a similar relay, in the PDC, that you can use for the starter relay for a quick test.
If this does not show any starting results, it is time to do some electrical testing to locate the problem.
The first test I would do is test for battery voltage at the solenoid terminal while a helper turns the key to start. You should have voltage everytime the key is held to start. If no voltage, you work back from there.
Make sure your battery cables are good, clean and tight at the battery, ground and the starter.
