First time poster. I have an 08 limited and yesterday put on a two inch lift and 265 70 R17s. Not sure if I want to go the whole cargo basket approach but I'm not the type to fabricate my own spare tire holder onto the cross bars. Does anyone sell a simple secure device to hold a spare onto the cross bars that looks good too? Think they will ever make a rear tire carrier for the wk?

 

move your cross bars about 18 inches apart near the back of the jeep and criss-cross 2 ratchet straps. that would be the simplest/most cost effective way. oh and welcome to the forum!
