Source for ZJ Factory Shop Manual?
I just purchased a 1994 ZJ, and am dying to start having some fun with it, but there are a few chores to be taken care of before I feel like it's really going to be stable. For starters:
Rebuild transmission
Rebuild transfer case
Rebuild diffs
Troubleshoot and possibly repair weak AC
Replace exhaust header
A couple questions:
Are there any obvious upgrades I should make to drivetrain components? I'm planning to use this to tow a small sailboat (2500 lbs), and go camping periodically. If I do lift it, it won't be by enough to justify a longarm.
Is there a source to purchase the electronic (searchable) factory shop manual?
Are there other reference materials recommended?
I consider myself to be a very competent mechanic, but this is my first 4WD vehicle... everything else I've owned and worked on myself has been 60's/70's sports cars, and motorcycles. (I'm really excited to be able to change oil for the first time without a lift).
Thank you in advance for your comments and suggestions.

Pillage through eBay, using search strings like "Jeep Service Manual" or "ZJ Manual."
I've scored a number of secondhand FSMs through eBay for reasonable prices (my collection goes back to 1963 so far, and all have been $20 or less) through some shrewd shopping.
You can also try Bishko Automobile Literature (www.autobooksbishko.com, also on eBay,) as they are a vendor of authorised reprints and carry some oddball stuff (I recently got a FSM for a 1978 Dodge M500 Motorhome Chassis through them for about $30, new reprint) and can usually do the common stuff as well.
I don't suggest getting a CD-ROM version, since you're going to want to print most of it anyhow (and you don't know about the legality of the scan.) Secondhand manuals are perfectly legitimate, and getting an authorised reprint from a reputable vendor covers everyone.
