Default shutting off issues on a 95

So My father has a 95 gc with the factorey security in it. His jeep will start and idle fine for a short time then die. If he gives it gas just before he hears it dieing it will back fire and keep running. He has placed a new brain in it cam shaft sensor plugs wires cap rotor and still has this issue. He thinks it has something to do with the security and I think it has to do with the map sensor or o2 sensor. He has run the codes through the ignigtion and says he gets three flashes then the 5 and 5 ending them so I thought that it was code 13 or 23.
has anyone have any info as to what they may think the issue he is having with this jeep. Thank you all for your help in this
Chris

Security system won't let it start. Lights will flash on and off . Put key in rear hatch door and turn right to reset security system

Check the fuel pressure. I think the spec is 45-55psi.

thank you all for your help.
fuel pressure is at 40 psi so thought maybe the coil pack so replaced that changed out fuel pump relay and still has not changed. crank shaft sensor has been replaced as well next will be the cam sensor.
It will run for ten min tops and stall out sometimes will fire right back up and other times it wont. At a complete loss with this thing.
To top it off my father thought it would be a good idea to buy two other ones that both need repairs an 88 with a lift for 500 bucks straight body needs water pump and a 96 that the rear main seal is out on it so the fun has just started. But this 95 is the biggest problem
Once again thank you all for your help
