I had a battery issue the other day on my 1999 Jeep grand Cherokee,4.0. After fixing the battery issue now it won’t try to start or even turn over. The battery terminals are all new and VERY CLEAN. I have pulled fuses and waited 15 minutes, manually locked/unlocked and waited 15 minutes, along with disconnecting the battery each time. Each time all the lights not the gauges worked, after turning the ignition key to start it everything goes off and nothing is illuminated and back to square one. I was hoping someone has experienced this besides me. Is there a solution to this madness?
