Default Running hot

My engine runs hot (220-230) whenever I'm driving up any kind of incline. Once I start to flatten out it gets down to normal temperature. I've already changed the radiator, t-stat, clutch fan, radiator cap, water pump, radiator hoses and even added a pusher fan. Any ideas? It's the 5.2l.

The engine will run a little warmer with an extra load on it, such as climbing an incline. What is your anti-freeze to water ratio? Too much anti-freeze will not cool as well as a 50/50 ratio.

It is a 50/50 ratio. If I continue to climb so will my engine temperature.

How does the engine feel? Enough power? A restricted exhaust will cause the engine to run hotter.

It feels the same as ever. It has plenty of power.

might be air in the coolant system preventing the thermostat from opening, is the system bled out?

It's a fail safe thermostat and I already replaced it.
