Is there any way to see how far along they are in the process of my tires? I haven't heard back from them in a while

I loved mine had them for 5 years on my toyota and they were still on them when I sold it.

Quick question. I am getting mine on bfg sidewalls. Will they be white lettered out, or does it matter how you mount the tire?

You didnt specify? When they retread them they match white to white and black to black. That way when one side gets dirty you can flip then and it will still be the same color.

They didn't ask. So if I want black letter out, can I just mount them that way, or do they have to be mounted a certain way?
