rear end locking like a locker

Default rear end locking like a locker
2012 jeep gc overland summit 4x4 v8 hemi. Recently it seems as though the rear end is in locker mode. Hard to move unless you press the gas and even worse when turning. Issue comes and goes, jeep at dealer and he is not sure what it is. Any ideas
