radio problem

Sometimes my radio works when it wants too. It will stay off for like a week then it will work for like 2 hours then turn off for another week. The clock still works on it but that's about it. Do you think the radio is bad or is it bad wiring? I heard jeeps have a lot of wiring problems.

I agree I used to have a problem with mine not getting a good ground so the whole thing would shut off but yours sounds like the radio itself is going out.

Personally, (other that the last guy that owned the jeep not hooking the ground up right) I have never had any wiring problems with my jeep.
