Unhappy R side floorboard is soaked front to back.

By using my defroster I have an entirely soaked passenger carpet and pad from front to rear. Can anyone tell me possible causes and solutions. I didn't run my A/C all summer because of mileage issues, or it probably would've done it then too.

Thanks guys. I hope that drilling the 1/4" hole to unclog the drain and buy the plug for the drilled hole is good enough. I don't want to cut a hole in the uni-body to re rout the drain tube that's in the "frame".....
