possible issue need help to find out
hello everyone,
i live in Florida so i don't use my heat/defrost often.
i noticed today when using the defrost when not accelerating (it might do it then to but I cant hear it) the engine revs up slightly and it almost sounds as if the ac compressor is trying to turn on. it does this every 15-30 seconds.
if this normal?

Not a problem, Ryan. The A/C runs in defrost normally. It's designed that way to keep the system active in the winter, otherwise you'd probably need a recharge in the summer. The cooling fan comes on with the A/C compressor also.
