Hi again!
I have a 1995 GC with the I6 and my Idler Pulley broke on me, well actually the bolt sheered off and bounced down the street behind me.
Well I have a new pulley in hand and the stealership stocks the bolt but apparently the spacer that goes behind it is discontinued! Does anyone have a good site where I could grab one? I searched the part number(6502122) on google but half those sites look hella sketchy.
I need my rig running again before Christmas and this danged spacer is the last piece to the puzzle.

T further clarify, here is the damage done. Looking at it again it took a small chunk of where the bolt goes in with it, will a need a shop to repair that or do you guys think it will still work?

I'm with hippydippy, check your local boneyard. I got a pulley and bolt for $3 and about 10 minutes walking.

If you go to the junkyard for that pulley make sure you bring some tools to get the belt off!!! Even though most belts are already off the engine. Really sucks not having the tool you need.

Yeah, I've heard bad rumors about that site. You're not the first person to get bitten. I found a website for a part I was specifically looking for and had good service from. I haven't cruised the site for other things yet, but I found a trans mount made in USA. The site is partsgeek.com. They sent me one and then 2 days later I got another. I e-mailed them about a return and they responded with "We are sorry about the mix-up. You were only charged for one part. You may keep the part or discard it if you wish." Can you beat that?
Thanks guys, and glad to know about factory chrysler parts since I was going to order it from them.
We got smacked with a few snowstorms and cold weather so I opted to not lose digits to frostbite trying to fix this in my parking lot and sent it to a shop. Cost $200 but I have my truck back and on the road in time for the holiday.

Thanks for your service, zodiak! In my younger years, I did a lot of sailing from Point Judith RI to Montauk, Martha's Vineyard and Block Island. Always good to see you guys around. We only got checked once for safety gear and flotation devises. I didn't mind at all. Those are some treacherous waters with storms and current. What really sucked was you guys being sent to Iraq!
I hear you about shop work. My WJ's idler pulley started howling and screeching one day and I needed it that night for my business, so I took it to my Jeep dealer. $225 later it was fixed.
