p1038 and p3051

p1038 and p3051
so i got those 2 codes, the 3051 bothers me because i just replaced the ignition coil, but when my jeep doesnt fire when i crank it over i go to the plug for the ignition coil, unplug it then plug it back in and the jeep will usually start. ive also replaced the plug with one off a wrecked jeep because i was told those go bad easily too. the 1038 code went on then went off, so im not sure if its a result of he 3051. also the 1038 went on after the jeep was running rough and it backfired a few times. wonder if that had anything to do with the code. thanks in advance
