Default Overheating/Coolant Questions

You guys already helped me fix my stalling and rear lamp failure issues, you rock. Now I need some more advice. My 94 Grand Cherokee Limited is overheating only when I drive it out on the roads. If it sits in the driveway idling for 30 minutes it won't go over 200. If I drive it for ten minutes with the A/C on it gets into the 230 area and keeps going. Even if I accelerate it won't bring the temp down any. I replaced the hose that runs to the reservoir and it looks like the previous owner way overfilled it. It's like 4 inches over max fill, and the coolant was boiling today after a test drive, and leaking somewhere out of the reservoir. I will flush system and check thermostat this weekend, and check for air bubbles, but some of you guys may have some hints for me. I wanna get this thing into some ditches. Help?
