Oil leak above oil filter

Oil leak above oil filter
Hello everyone. I have a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 HO and have found a oil leak. If I am on my back and look up at my oil filter a see small drops of oil above it. I am sure it is not where the oil filter connects but just above it. Not sure if is spraying up there from the filter. What is the part called just above the filter. Looks like maybe one of the pulleys for the serpentine belt. Any ideas?
