My zj has started making a noise when driving, it sounds a lot like the noise your tires make when you ride a center line or outside line that that is supposed to wake you up like a loud wahhhhhh sound, kind of hard to explain the noise. I tried to look up the sound for a wheel bearing but that sounds a little different. I also have had some vibration that we cant get rid of and I am now wondering if the two things are related.

Could be a bad bearing in a differential. Other possibilities include out of balance driveshaft, really really bac ujoints, broken belt in a tire, wheel bearing, and more.

Also check that your trans mount is in good shape. If bad the tail end can put driveshaft out of alignment and also transmit vibrations directly into the chassis.

Probably worn out wheel bearings in front.
