No Spark No Fuel no start

Question No Spark No Fuel no start

Little new to the place, but here's what all ive done.
Replaced cap and Rotor, Replaced Plugs and wire's, Replaced the Starter( It had been going bad ) NOT to sure about the Main Coil.. the way its acting is that its getting 12'v to the harness, But nothings being givin to the plugs.. not im not sure if both sides of that were meant to have 12V and the Ground to it is to provide the Neg.. Again not sure. got fuel Pressure to the rail. This Jeep has the factory Security system... thought that was the issue but came to no prevaile, REPLACED THE CRACKSHAFT SENSOR After trying the Plug trick, With no change at all!..

Somone... Anyone.. what.. am i missing here...

Default try to get a trouble code

Run the built-in diagnostic feature, maybe it will point you to a specific fault. You may read the description and the code interpretations here:

so i got 1-2 wich is the batt disc, and 4-5 wich is Distributor sync pickup. Change sync sensor in distributor.... with that being said.. is that the small black sensor on the side of the distributor?

is there no workaround for this like the CPS plug?

well i cleaned the sensor and the metal rotating cap inside, but go fig i don't have enough battery power left to turn it over at all.... BUT its going to take it turning over for it to clear that code correct?.. or something.... sorry im used to ODBII
