so my 97 zj idles at about 700 but it almost feels like its missing only at idle..ive replaced the cap rotor plugs and wires and the iac what could cause this i dont know what else to check any ideas?

Check for vacuum leaks.

Could also be a sticky/dirty injector.

i cleaned the throttle body when i changed the iac...ran fuel injecter cleaner before i replacd the fuel pump..sprayed all vacum lines with jump start and nopthing and i changed the spark plug wires 1 by 1..ive done everything i could think of

hmmm, the best thing to help us would be a video of what EXACTLY it is doing.

by hearing what is going on it will help diagnose the issue better

Did you remove the plate from the TB? That one needs to be adjusted.

how do you adjust the plate bc i did remove it
