Newbie here, looking at a Wagoneer
Hi everyone! Names Kevin and I'm from Sedalia, MO. I am brand new here. I had a 1993 Chevy Lumina Z34 that I sold to *hopefully* get my first Jeep ever, an XJ. Anyway, I have a quick question about what could be the first mod to it.
Since I am not having any luck finding a Cherokee for what I sold my Lumina for, I did find one of the XJ Wagoneers. It's a 89. *IF* it is still for sale tomorrow, I will go look at it and maybe buy it. My question is, how hard is it to swap to a Cherokee grille/headlights? Not really sure how I like the Wagoneer front end, and the swap doesn't look very hard. Anyone know what parts I'd need to do it?
Thanks in advance for any help I can get; and I look forward to one day owning my Jeep and being an active member here!

you should just need the front grill, headlights, wiring, and the plastic panels that the headlights mount to. Allthough if you are going to do the conversion anyways I would go ahead and install the 97 and up parts. I think they look a little better in my opinion. Either way you should find everything you could possibly need in any local junkyard. they are plentifull.
