hi.. my gf has a 98gc and the rear wiper motor stopped working. i toook it out and followed the whole rebuild thread and then re-installed it. now it just makes a click sound and thats it.if it is out and i*connect*12volts it will swipe and reverse when i reverse current. i had the rear hatch closed because if the sensors.did i mess something up? how can i test the rear*door*and hatch sensors? i switched the relay under the hood to no avail also.i bought a used one and had the same result, the last 3 #'s on it are the same the firts ones are not if i remember correct.thanks for any help*ps, can the ac drain line above the hole drilled to clear it out get clogged? she gets a lot of water in the summer with it on. i drilled through the frame and attached the hose also on the down angle to keep the drop off and away from the firewall.*

 

Make sure the blade isn't getting caught on the edge of the lift glass. My 97 had this problem because PO had replaced the wiper arm without the lifter cam in it.
