check engine light came on ran scanner said code 1764 manufacturer control transmission, or p1495 auxilary emissions control. am i in trouble or is it small..
i noticed that my jeep lost some power when i pull off, it still drives fast but lost its power when pulling off, but funny thing is just tonight i felt the power come back to normal pulling off at light very fast and powerful. any clue what problem im facing here? 97 jeep laredo

 

I cant decipher the code, but it sounds like a clogged catalytic converter to me. Emission control could be related.

Burning excessive fuel lately?

 

1764 says that the governor pressure sensor voltage is to low. 1495 leak detection pump solenoid circuit. My guess would be the 1764 code has something to do with it.
