My Alarm Goes Off Everytime I Open A Door

I have been leaving my Jeep unlocked but it is starting to become pretty unpractical.

When the truck is locked and I open the driver side or passager side door the alarm sounds...

I have looked up how to disable the alarm, but when it sounds and you try to start the truck it wont let you.

So if I disable it will it not let the truck crank??

Any one have this prob?

ALL THE LOCKS WORK FINE, JUST THE ALARM SOUNDS.

Join the club, My alarm is always beeing dumb. I am going to try swapping out the receiver, but to shut the alarm off, put the key in the back hatch lock and turn it that will shut it off.

X2 put the key in the hatch and unlock it first then see if the alarm goes off. That's what I have to do in my xj
