Default Loud rumble in front end

Hello,

I just had a complete brake done (rotors, pads, calipers, master cylinder) - then I had four new tires put on a week ago - a very loud RRRouring noise is coming out of the front since I had this work done - it was there before but seems worse? I know my rear differential seal needs replacing - I'm guessing my front differential has issues as well? I'm a little confused based upon some web research I've done

Also, can I drive on this for a while? can't afford another repair right now

Thanks

It could be the unit bearings. No way of knowing what the problem is without seeing it in person.

run it by your local front end/alignment shop.
they will diagnose what's wrong and offer professional advise.
