loud clunk when stopping and starting ?TC?

loud clunk when stopping and starting ?TC?
When I start and stop I hear a loud clunking noise. I have checked all brakes replaced driver side front axle. I have 99 wj. It sounds like front driveshaft because once in a while I will hear a ting. I cant move the shaft by hand, no slop at either end is it my TC? if anybody has some advice I would appreciate it. Thanks
