Anyone have any good ideas on getting into my 97 Grand Cherokee without breaking in or calling a locksmith? I figure I am going to have to call one but hoping someone has an easy remedy. I had to change out the rear hatch mechanism and did a op's ck on it to make sure it worked and locked ok, it did and the drivers door was open so I threw the key and remote in to the center console because its in my shop and not tagged yet after I changed the motor and transmission, then I shut the door to go in the house before I realized it was on lock, hadn't pulled any dumb-sh-t stunts in a while but I think this qualifies me in the top group. chevokeeman.

 

Damn that sucks!! Ive done that before! If you were in my area Id pop it open for ya...I used to work for a roadside assistance company, now I do it on my on through craigslist! Try calling the roadside assistance number through your insurance!!
