Default F-150 springs for lift???

ive heard aronud that i can take the front springs and set them in the back and put stock F-150 springs up front and get around 2.5-3 in lift..... i would love to do this. seems a little less half *** then coil spacers.... but the only issue is:

What year springs???
Has anyone done this???
do i HAVE to run new lifted shocks? (i know it wont be the comfy..ist ride lol)

does anyone have any ideas whether this actually works or not. i would prefer someone who has done it, or know someone who has done it or whatever not just word of mouth thing...

It will left your ZJ, you will need longer shocks, not sure what year of F-150 springs you would use. I would not recommend doing it though, the ride will be very harsh and put extra stress on other areas of the Jeep.

Consider the weight difference between the two trucks. Then consider the ride and flex that will result in a spring that has little to no compression under your truck.

Coil spacers that sit between the coil and the seat are actually a very nice option.

The ones that spread the coils apart are the bad ones.

Your jeep will ride like a dump truck if you use F150 coils.
