You can run 2" BB spacers front and rear.
Or you can pick up set of V8 coil springs at napa for about $130? Move your current front springs to the rear. Will give you up to couple inches of lift, ride will be harsher.
Or do both an go straight to 33's.
You will need bump stop extenders, sway bar link extensions, front end alignment and dial in some more caster.
You will need more money because once you start, ...............

Here's my little brother's 96 and yes most of my family wheels jeeps. We did the front springs on the rear and put Rusty's 4" coils up front and I don't remember what lower control arms he used. These are 32s MTZs just for reference.
