lifter ticking
Have what sounds like a lifter (tensioner) ticking after rebuilding the top end installed new lifters on rebuild. Any good additives I can use to stop the ticking? Thanks in advance. 2000 jeep grand Cherokee limited

If they're brand new, I don't think any additive is going to help. You probably should find out which one it is and take it apart and find out what's wrong. There might be a particle of debris in the supply port.
