Ok my Jeep has a2.25 lift. I ordered shocks that are supposed to be for a1 to 3 inch lift but the front cylinder looks extremely short compared to the rear. I see there its an extended rod on the bottom of the front shock. Maybe its just me but this does not look right. Looking for an opinion before I decide to install them or send them back.

 

Have you asked the vendor/manufacturer?

 

Not yet. They came in last night and I've been at work all day. They'll be closed by the time I get off.

 

I was gonna just take one of the front ones and compare but didn't want to go through the trouble if I didn't have too

 

Well that settled that. Researched the part number. There for a Ford ranger.
