Have you tried it? I googled this and found that for the 93-98 model years, the Key Fobs were basically all the same on the inside.

Here is the info on how to reprogram it if you don't already know it.

1. Open the driver's door of the vehicle. Leave it open through the programming procedure.
2. Move the mechanical door lock lever to the LOCK position.
3. Insert the ignition key and turn it to the RUN position.
4. Turn the ignition to the RUN position. Within 20 seconds, aim the key Fob at the receiver dome, press and hold the lock button for at least 5 seconds. Once the receiver accepts the programming code the driver's door will unlock.
5. Once the Key Fob has been programmed, additional Fobs (up to 4) may be programmed into the receiver. Within 20 seconds of the previous Fob programming, move the mechanical door lock lever to the Lock position. Aim another Fob at the receiver dome and press the LOCK button for at least 5 seconds. The door lock will cycle again.
6. To lock the programmed codes into the receiver, the ignition must be turned off and back on within 20 seconds after programming the last transmitter's code. At that time, all previous codes are erased from the module.

The 97 remote will not work in a 94, only 93-95 remotes will work. www.keylessride.com will have a remote for you.

My '97 has the memory seats/mirrors/radio stations etc., that work off the key fob and I need another #2 fob. Oh well.
What are you asking for the #1 fob you have?

10$ don't think it will cost anything to mail since it's so light weight
