Just put in a new engine doesnt run right

I have a 95 zj and I installed a 97 zj motor I switched the intake manifold and right side exhaust but motor still dies when given gas and acts like a vacuum leak need help thanks

Engine: 4.0, new lifters valve job with new springs and exhaust valves, preload set with shims

PCM setup might be different
