Hi I just purchased a 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee LTD 4.7L V8 from a private seller. I was hoping some of you could help me out before I got to a mechanic and get charged for something I might be able to fix.

176k Miles with no Accidents reported, Emissions passed in Feb 2021. 60 Service history records on Car Fax....

The truck leaks water from the "Oh Sh*t" handle in the passenger seat (when it rains heavy it drips heavily)
Truck needs an alignment and tune up, taking her in on Friday for that.
When on the HWY if I'm going over 70 and then decide to accelerate to pass a vehicle the truck "sputters" for 5 minutes or so and then is fine.
When I turn the ignition off and remove the key, after about a minute there is a loud "winding/purring" noise coming from behind the glove compartment in the passenger seat.
Lastly the stereo that was in stalled decides to lose connection/power every other day.

I did some hunting this weekend and put 600 miles on the truck between Wednesday and Today... doesn't over heat, oil is constantly just above middle/medium mark.

I do plan on getting a 2" lift and some new wheels and tires, but not a priority at the moment, although any suggestions is great encourage! Thank you for your help!
