Injector issue, maybe

Injector issue, maybe
New to the scene. Bought a 97 grand cherokee, 4.0 with issues. Bought refurb pcm, new issue...pcm reads injector open circuit in all 6 injectors. It idles fine, no miss, no rough idle. I’m stumped. Any ideas out there as of what could be the problem? Thanks in advance
