My mom has a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee and went through all those problems. They put it in the shop at the Jeep dealership for 4 weeks. They couldn't find anything wrong. Thank God the didn't charge my mom for keeping it that long. But thank you for your information. Now we have another. Where is the fuse for the sunroof. I have looked at the one under the hood and under steering wheel. But the thing has started leaking. I would appreciate any help at this point. I am tired of driving them every where in my car. Thanks.

 

The door key switches huh? How do you know?

 

This issue just started for me I've had the jeep for a few months now. They have worked up until today I have not done anything to the radio or the back hatch. But as soon as I turn on the headlight switch it blows the fuse. Looking at the tail lights there is some rust in the bulb housing. I replaced the offending bulb. Not sure where to go next any help is appreciated

 

Hi... maybe I'm late, maybe somebody need this info. I've get the same problem, just opened the general light switch and reweld all the big dots - the contacts. The problem solved.
