Well i have a 2004 Grand Cherokee Overland, and this whole summer my AC condesation has been dripping on the passenger floor board. It seems that the water just doesnt drain out of the evaporator thing. It takes a few days of not using the AC for all of it to drain on its own. I have crawled up underneath it like 6 times. I have stuck a clothes hanger in the drain tube coming out of the firewall. I have added the extra hose and pointed it down, like every other thread has said. I just dont know what else to do. I really dont wanna take it to a shop. Has anyone ever gone through this and figured out a solution?

Did you pull back the carpet on the passenget floor?? If you do there is a little *** like things going in to the fire wall. Drill a small hole in this and blow compressed air through it. Get a little dum-dum putty and cover it. Should fix. That's what jeep did when I worked there. Commen prob

 

Yeah I have re carpet pulled back now to let it dry out. I don't know what *** like things you are talking about. When drilling a hole into something I want to get it in the right spot. Can you describe where the spot is exactly or a picture of it?
