Ignition making buzzing noise
Recently had dash and steering column removed on 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace heater core and shave blend door down
Got the jeep back today. Seemed fine while driving it around for a few hours BUT.... when I later adjusted my steering wheel- I realized while powering down that the ignition buzzes as if a voltage issue or wiring got pinched/ disconnected??
I adjusted the steering wheel while driving. Pulled into a parking lot. Placed in park. Turned ignition off and it buzzed before turning completely off. I thought this isn't right... and now it buzzes constantly while in park and ignition is on. I have learned that if I move the gear shift to the far right of the park position( -as if I'm going to switch gears) that the buzzing stops

It's probably the ignition interlock cable which is telling the BCM that it's not in park.
