IAT/MAF Sensor
It seems this is a question that stumps everyone. Where do I find my IAT/MAF sensor on my 1999 Grand Cherokee 4.0 litre 6cyl and which 2 wires do I connect my G force chip to?

You don't have a MAF sensor, you have a MAP sensor and it is on the throttle body, the IAT is screwed into the intake manifold. That G Force chip will do nothing.

I changed the location of my IAT sensor to the air cleaner lid and noticed a slight change in how the engine runs. A free mod for the better. So far I've swapped in 703 injectors, relocated the IAT sensor, and swapped the intake manifold for a 99+ manifold. I can feel an increase in power and my mileage has not dropped a bit, all of these mods have not cost me as much as a "chip" would have and I can feel the difference.

You can't chip a Chrysler system. The ignition advance, and fuel maps are hardcoded in ROM inside the PCM. The PCM itself would have to be reprogrammed if you want to change the stuff that really counts.

Bot on topic those "chips" do work if placed on the right sensor, the #'s are no where near whats claimed (you'd have better luck throwing a baseball to the moon) but they do "work" a "little".

There were some guys in the 80's that sold copper reliefs of Abraham Lincoln for 5 dollars suitable for framing plus shipping and handling.

EXACTLY...... so why not just drill the hole in your air box put a IAT in it and lengthen the harness much cheaper. Did mine for the whopping price of three bucks and 4 minits.
